Prefabricated multi storey steel structure construction apartment building
The project is located in the Atlantic Ocean near Ghana, Africa The function of the ground floor is garage. Floor height is 3.3 m, for two to five storey are apartments, floor height are 3.3 m, the top plate modeling based floating roof garden, layer height of 3.0 meters. This project for three to five layer with a ladder two households , is divided into large and small sub-family, small household area of 78.8 square meters, large household area of 147.42 square meters . According to the overall plan design apartment owners, the design made on the basis of the corresponding improvement and modification to meet the original design features and appearance.
The ground floor is car parking, Steel structure beam economic column spacing in 6 ~ 9 m , the original design of column distance is 11.4 m , larger span, using steel girder section height of at least 800mm ~ 900mm, Not only affect the layer using the height, but it is not economic, high cost , so this program adds two row column column in height and increased use of more economical and reasonable. The design of parking can park 24 domestic small cars, Due to space limitation parking space is small, if the site allows advice increase bay dimensions, for 5400mm is better. In addition, according to the requirements of national standard staircase four angle must set the load-bearing column, the original design has two corners no column which is not conform to the requirements of the specification. This design have four columns.
The first storey is single-family apartments, A public platform and corridors, increase the function room , this layer of all rooms are in accordance with the requirements of customers design scheme, only partial according to structural grid to micro adjustment of the size of the room, designed for ease of use and implementation of the service function of Architecture . This floor two buildings in the original design are cantilever outward 600 mm, this proposal does not revealing, because after revealing individual columns in the room will affect the use, also not economic .Need to increase the pillars in balcony place, the original design scheme is no pillars cantilever balcony is unsafe, implementation difficulties.
The basic information of function design
1.The lightning protection design in this design, lightning arrester is arranged around the roof parapet and lightning protection and grounding, connected by the flat iron and steel columns in the base.
2. The solar water heater is set on the roof of this project to supply every bathroom.
3. All the living room, kitchen and bedroom with socket and switch, equipped with cable TV, Internet, telephone line.
4. All room lamp is an LED lamp, water room lights for waterproof lamp.
5. Living room and bedroom need to install hybrid solar air conditioning .
6. The phone box located in a layer in the garage, and each apartment kitchen, living room and bedroom connected .
7. Each apartment have living water tank on the roof, a water pump house under buildings, fire water tank is located in the ground, Saturday Sunday from the local municipal water supply.

Introduces the design of engineering structure
According to the basic geological data provided by the customer survey report and design, the following basic parameters of the engineering design and load value : 1. Structural safety grade two level, site classification is II, surface roughness B class ; 2. Seismic intensity of 7 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration is 0.15g, the third group of the design earthquake, seismic Class C. 3. Load value : Basic wind load: 0.4KN/M2; Floor dead load: (considered as part of the load of the floor slab) 6.0KN/M2; Floor live load :2.0KN/M2; Roof dead load: 6.0KN/M2; Roof live load: 2.0KN/M2( Roof can bear people); Roof live load: 0.5KN/M2 ( Roof can’t bear people);
Through the analysis of the structure : 1. Structural column using Q345B low alloy steel square pipe, hot-rolled steel pipe . 2. Structure beam used in hot rolling of Q345B low alloy or welded H steel . 3. The floating roof plate shape using H type steel or rectangular steel pipe. Every square steel to be used for: 63Kg/m2
The basic material of the project for the first : 1. Main body structure and using Q345B low alloy steel pipe, hot rolled steel pipe. Welding of H steel hot rolling or, wall keel use of C type steel cold-formed steel 2. Floor and roof panel adopts steel composite floor. 3. Wall panel use cement foam board or fiber cement board compound wall . 4. Roofing with coiled material waterproof material SBS (3+3). 5. Roof floating panels with gray white aluminum plate. 6. Wall curtain wall with hidden frame glass curtain wall. 7. The exterior wall uses waterproof paint and real stone paint decoration.
