Prefabricated steel structure building is usually component by H steel column, H steel beam, purlin, roof sheet, wall sheet, rolling door and windows, etc. All of main structure part (H column & beam) will be fixed by high strength bolts and the purlin will be fixed on the column and beam by 4.8S bolts, which makes the building frame erection faster than traditional concrete construction system. Steel structure building’s roof and wall is steel sheet or sandwich panel, which is lighter and spend less time to etect.

Product Processing
The main processes of steel structure components in the workshop are:
1. Cutting

2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Welding

4. Rust removal

Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.
Packing and Delivery
Container and pallet packing will protect the surface paint or zinc of the steel structures.
